In order to withdraw from a Jaden Timoun class, please send a written request at least ten (days) before the first day of classes to info@jadentimoun.com. A refund (minus a 15% withdrawal fee) will be issued to the original form of payment within several business days. You will also have the option to receive a full credit instead of a refund (valid up to one year) that can be applied to another Jaden Timoun class. No refunds will be allowed once Jaden Timoun classes have begun. If you must withdraw, you will have the option to receive a credit (valid up to one year) in the pro-rated amount (minus a $50 withdrawal fee) that can be applied to another Jaden Timoun class. If a class session has been cancelled by Jaden Timoun, a makeup session will be scheduled for students. Students who are unable to attend the makeup session will not be provided with an alternative makeup date and will be offered a credit in the pro-rated amount for that class session.
